Surf Conditions At Daytona Beach FL Sept.30,2007

Marty and I took a ride down to the beach this morning to see how the beach was faring.
We had heard news about Daytona Beach erosion and coastal flood watch , 5–6 ft. waves and northeast winds 20 – 25 mph with wind gusts up to 35 mph! Here’s a quick You tube to show you what we saw!

Get Out Of The Real Estate Business If You Can’t Deliver Service!

Selling Real estate is not just a job for our team! Service is the name of the game and that’s what we deliver. We have a lot of fun and get to meet people from all over the world who become our friends for life! We are happy to say that a lot of our business comes from referrals, friends and family!Another great source of business for us is the internet! As I am writing to you this morning I am responding to a lady who contacted us approximately a year ago from New Jersey. Shirley and her husband, Bob, initially found Team Gagliardi on the internet searching for Port Orange Homes. Shirley emailed me indicating she and her husband were in the process of putting their home on the market in New Jersey and they were moving here to be closer to their son who also lives locally.
She and her husband were very upfront and told me they were not going to buy now but wanted me to drive them around and show them the Port Orange area homes. I made a plan and picked them up and we saw a few homes so they could see what was on the market for under $200K. …..their price range. I already had a pre approval letter from their lender in hand. We enjoyed each others company very much and after having toured the area I brought them back to their son’s home. That night she called me and thanked me for my time and consideration.Shirley has been receiving automatic email updates of new listings and price changes in the Port Orange area. I have also responded to email questions regarding taxes, insurance and legal matters.
We have been in touch now via email for the past 9 months and just last week Shirley called to inform me that their New Jersey home was under contract and their closing date is Oct.31st!!
Due to time constraints, Shirley is arriving this Wednesday without her husband as Bob just had surgery. She told me that they need to close on a house in approximately 6 weeks!! There are 22 Port Orange homes in her price range that she has identified online using our Wolfnet Home Search so we are on a mission this week to find them a home. Most homes she identified are vacant so we can quickly tour these homes easily and not be pressured with keeping on time for appointments!!

Help Fight Breast Cancer and Close The Gap with Susan G. Komen

This letter is a call to action letter that was emailed to me by Susan G. Komen For The Cure! Please visit the link after reading the sample email letter below.
Did you know that over 12,000 women in Florida will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year? Yet less than 10 percent of low-income and uninsured women in Florida are eligible to receive quality breast cancer treatment. Many women are being denied treatment based solely on where they were screened. This is unacceptable. We can do better in Florida. We must do better.
On Saturday, September 22, the Komen Community Challenge will be in Orlando at Hard Rock Live at Universal City Walk(R) where we will rally to “close the gap” in access to quality breast cancer services. It is very important that we have decision-makers by our side to show their support and leadership, since they are critical to improving breast cancer prevention and treatment in Florida.
I just sent my representatives a message, asking them to attend the Komen Community Challenge rally on September 22. Will you join me by sending invitations of your own?
