We had a lady getting in the car with Realtors and previewing the properties she would go back and break. She would ask questions that were not so obvious about when the owners got home, if there neighbors worked and so on. Then she would come back and do her thing. She got caught though. Hard to believe something like that would happen up here, but it does. Thanks for the post.
