Cooler Weather and Hot Real Estate Market Brings FLorida Visitors To Daytona Beach FL
November 19th, 2007 Categories: Daytona Beach Real Estate, Port Orange Real Estate
The snowbirds are coming to Daytona Beach and the Port Orange FL areas to get deals this year with fantastic 2 year low prices! With an abundance of inventory, now is the time to buy that Daytona Beach second home or vacation home!
Here are some tips for Vacation Home Buyers Coming to the Daytona Beach Area:
- Connect with a knowledgeable local real estate agent who will watch the market for you and update you prior to your arrival. One of the best ways to keep a watchful eye on available inventory is by having your realtor email you properties that suit your pocketbook and needs.
- Look at your purchase as a long term investment!! Don’t focus on the current market. “This is not a flipper market anymore”. Consider what the value of your property will be down the road.
- Don’t buy something with your heart! This will just get you into trouble. Remember this is an investment so do your research and look for a deal!
- Buyer’s should look for seller concessions! Sellers are motivated and offering incentives such as paid closing costs, paying down rates, and even throw in furniture!
- If you are interested in buying a vacation home with intentions of renting it as a “mini motel” be aware of the minimum rental requirements set forth by townships or even by individual condos.
Now is a great time to buy Port Orange single family homes and Daytona Beach Condos!! Low rates and an abundance of inventory make this market a great buyer’s market.
