Venetian Bay|New Smyrna Beach sounds just awesome! 1200 acres- that is a large place, is there just one builder or multiple? Is this something Daytona Beach buyers are buying as well as New Smyrna buyers? Looks like there may be some bargains there.Terry McDonald
There are quite a few builders in Venetian Bay: The Johnson Group,KBHomes,Paytas just to name a few!! There are some terrific new home prices and some builders are offering up to $10,000 in free upgrades!
Venetian Bay sounds like a beautiful place to call home. I especially like the concept of feeling like I am on vacation everyday of the year.

I am not much on living downtown or in a condo, however Venetian Bay and the Tuscany Square condominium’s sounds like an incredible place to retire. My wife and I have not talked too much about where we would like to retire, but I am a big NASCAR fan and I love the Port Orange area, so you never know. We love the mountains, but my wife is from Florida.
