Janis – You are right on target with the 80/20 rule. As an agent, I see it everyday here, as I am sure you do in Port Orange. Mediocrity is what has given Realtors a bad name.

Janis- You hit the nail on the head… if you can get one of the top performing agents for the same amount of commission paid out, why would you hire a mediocre agent? Any buyer or seller in Port Orange needs to make sure they hire a “killer” Florida Realtor!
