Attention Daytona BeachGoers And Environmentalists | Adopt A Turtle Nest
December 17th, 2007 Categories: Daytona Beach Events, Daytona Beach Events, Daytona Beach Real Estate
If you are a Daytona Beach environmentalist or beachgoer, then here’s an opportunity to adopt a sea turtle nest through the Volusia/Flagler Turtle Patrol! The sea turtle adoptions are $25 are for real sea turtle nests according to the TurtlePatrol organization!
Turtle adopters are needed for the next season in Volusia and Flagler counties. The next season runs from May through October.
Adopt a turtle nest today and you’ll receive a report on how the nest is doing, get hands on adoption bennies, and you may even be lucky to see the hatchlings emerge from the nest to the sea!!
Another great reason to live in Daytona Beach Florida!

We have a lot of turtles nesting on our beach in Pensacola also. It is really cool when you see them out on the beach. Thanks for looking out for the turtles on Daytona Beach. They need all the help they can get. Turtles deserve a little real estate too.
What a neat program for Daytona Beach! I had the opportunity in Mexico to help the little turtles make it into the water for the first time– it was unforgettable
