		<description>Fascinating! And those things really do happen. When my wife was being transferred to Alexandria from Atlanta (before we were married), she flew up to look for a place to live and ended up subletting from a State Department couple who were going overseas.  She went back home to Atlanta and two days later got a phone call saying that the husband had been murdered in the house during a robbery attempt and the wife was severely wounded.  
She went ahead with the rental but I wonder, a year later when she moved, if the agent relayed that story????
