Ocean Center Sizzled At The His and Hers Expo 2007
August 5th, 2007 Categories: Daytona Beach Arts, Places to Visit Daytona Beach
Saturday afternoon we attended the His and Hers Expo at the Daytona Beach Ocean Center located on S.Atlantic Ave. There were over 100 vendors offering all types of trends and treats including tasty food samples, entertainment, shopping, seminars and concerts!
Our real reason for going was because my daughter, Michelle, and her husband, David were possibly going to show what they have recently learned from their dance classes under the direction of Quanita, their dance instructor. Quanita performed the West Coast Swing and was one of the most sizzling exhibitions of the event. See for yourself and watch the video!
After her demonstration, she invited anyone to come to the floor that was interested in learning the basic steps to the waltz and swing. So I got to step up and get a free 3 minute dance instruction in basic steps to the waltz and the swing.
Here’s our granddaughter showing us how it’s done!
Quanita is a great dance instructor! She offers private lessons, group classes, and even works with parties or a bride and groom to create a magical first dance. Check out her website at www.Quanita.com.
